Currently when the user deletes a folder filter rules related to such folder
are in undefined state (it is not certain if mail will be deleted, ignored,
moved, etc).
I think that after deleting it would be good to show filters dialog and
highlight all affected rules. If none -- of course do not show that dialog.
Also such info "unknown folder "X"" should be explained better -- how this
affect the processing (delete mail, ignore?).
