Yeah, this situation is a bit of a mess...
However, there are plans to merge the two branches together again next year.
Additionally, we now have merge tracking with svnmerge, so commits shouldn't
get lost anymore.
The enterprise branch AFAIK started when the 3.5 branch got feature frozen. The
guys at KDAB are paid to work on Kontact for the Kolab project. For that, they
have completely different needs (for example they need new features), therefore
the branch.
