Confirmed for me too.
I still think this is a bug that needs fixing, this issue should not be in KDE4.
I went from:
[IMAP Resource]
TheIMAPResourceEnabled=true
TheIMAPResourceFolderParent=.360482238.directory/INBOX
to:
[IMAP Resource]
TheIMAPResourceAccount=360482238
TheIMAPResourceEnabled=true
TheIMAPResourceFolderParent=.360482238.directory/INBOX
