The situation described here is the side effect of strange reply behaviour in
KMail.
So, in short, I very often have to reply to the mailing group, not to the
author and the only way is to "reply all". Then I have to delete To field
because it is the author address. This leaves me with CC field.
It would be useful if Composer could do smart switch when sending mail -- if
there is CC field (as the first field), and there is no To field, make the
adjustment instead of the user and switch CC into To.
