Could you take a look at the subject of this bug and the initial description?
This bug was not about the behaviour in multi-desktop configuration, but about
invalid behaviour when system trays are considered.
So, as this problem is not solved, the bug should be reopened.
If there is a better bug about this matter, mark it as duplicate, so it is
clear where those votes should be moved.
