Usually kmail answers with the same _email address_ as the incoming message. I
have several profiles with several names, but the same addresses - for example
in two languages, like "My english name <a company net>" and "Имя по-русски <a
company net> Kmail substitute a first profile to every letter incoming to a
company net, regardless it english or not.
