http://pagesperso-orange.fr/sebastien.godard/changelog.html opens the Link
"mailto:sysstat%20%3Cat%3E%20orange.fr"; for KMail. However KMail puts the
string "sysstat orange.fr <at>"into the "To:" line. I would expect a "To:" line
like "sysstat orange fr"
