for example "work online".
Reason:
a) it is easier to navigate for user, if users select option X, she/he then
looks for option X to turn the feature off, but when the text is change there
is no longer option X, there is option Y -- it takes more time to read and
ensure that this is counterpart of the original option
a.1) it is not always 100% clear what the negation of the option will be
b) it adds unnecessary amount of work/resources to translate menus
c) it makes working in multilingual environment harder (one computer in
english, second in polish) because of doubled text
e) it is visually easier to read what is on/off when you see checkbox
f) UI should be consistent within KDE --> checkboxes
KDE4 live does not contain kmail, so I am sorry if this has been already fixed.
