Not possible unfortunately.
I doubt this is doable. For starters, KDE4 uses D-Bus instead of DCOP, and many
more things.
Patches are welcome of course, but I wouldn't spend my time on it. If anything,
this belongs into kdelibs anyway (so that the KDE3 wallet reroutes request to
the KDE4 wallet if running).
