Calendar and Contacts location is already configurable, use the Control Center
to change it (kcmshell kresources). There, you can also configure multiple
addressbooks, also on remote servers etc.
The mail folder is not configurable, but this is already covered by bug 14163.
You can manually configure it by changing the KMail config file (kmailrc):
In section [General], change the "folders" entry.
