When you fetch mail and there is an error KMail still shows "OK" info in the
status bar -- job completed, no new messages.
This is not true -- KMail cannot know if there are or there are not new
messages. And job is not completed.
Please, show appropriate info in the status bar, like "no connection to..." or
"Account xxxx -- skipped", anything informative and _true_ ;-).
[ I have deja vu feeling so I am sorry if this is my own duplicate, but I
cannot find anything related ].
