I really wish kmail had this simple feature.
KDE has no other mail client and for most(non technical users) simple text
mailing is not good enough.
Perhaps we should start a fund raising account for this feature to get
implemented. I would contribute to this as perhaps would many.
Gnome has two programs that can do this and little things like this make Gnome
more human friendly than KDE in my opinion.
