After a recent upgrade kontact-integrated kadressbook does no longer read a
joined imap groupware contacts folder.
I only get presented with the contacts stored in User/INBOX/Contacts but not
those in a joined IMAP folder on the same level as User. It's not a permissions
issue, since the folder is present in kontact-integrated kamil and I can look
at the messages ...
