Confirming situation for 3.5.9 KDE-PIM (KMail 1.9.9).
Also rebranding this as a bug because this report isn't about missing
functionality but about application acting contrary to what user expects - and
this is quite logical: when I see in main reader window some text and hit
printer button I expect this - visible - text will be print.
Note: printing of attachments *is* possible but user has to View it (*not*
Open) in separate window and click printer button in that window.
