In Kontact the Kalender and ToDo components share Categories. I need them to
have separate categories, like the KAddressBook component has it's own separate
categories.
Note that I've found the antibug to this bug, where a user is requesting that
all the components have the same categories:

So maybe the best solution would be to have an option to have shared or
separate categories.
