I'm not a native English speaker so apollogize my writing.
I have a similar problem. Kmail does not download any of my emails, even I know
I have them in my account (gmail). There is no a conffiguration problem (I have
the account in thunderbird and it does work with no problems).
I installed kubuntu 7.10 just a few months ago, and kmail has never functioned.
It only send emails. I have never created any filter... I tried with my job
account but either, (so it is not a gmail problem).
I have reinstalled the program twice and the problem persist. I launched from
the konsole and kmail opens but with a problem notification in the konsole. I
do not if this text is necessary for you, please tell me.
