Today I changed reply and reply to all templates, so I can see the difference
between them. I reply to such mail:
sender: my friend
to: probably list
cc: me, other people
and despite I reply to the author (only!), template "reply to all" is used. It
would be correct if I used "reply to all" function, but I didn't.
