Another interesting thing is, if I change "&" by "?" on the second parameter,
kmail's composer window pops up with expected To (chess e4ec org), *empty*
subject and body containing line (text below is in single line.
For instance:
<a href="mailto:chess e4ec org?body=Help Challenge?subject=How to use the
Challenge command">Help Challenge</a>
