I don't understand this bug report.
Are you talking about the composer? If so, it uses the standard file selector
dialog from kdelibs.
I also don't understand what is wrong, and what you mean by "second click".
Selecting files with the mouse puts those files into the "Location" field.
Clicking the button "Attach" then attaches the files to the composer.
Did I miss anything here?
