Used kolabwizard to configure Kontact and Kolab1 to connect to Citadel server.
Configured resource folders to be calendar, contacts, tasks. After closing
Kontact and opening it again the icons on the resource folders are back to mail
although configured to be otherwise and the Calendar no longer displays any
Kolab calendars. Resource folders must be set back to a mail folder, saved,
then back to the resource that they are in order for the Calendar to list the
resources again.
