Currently the main KMail window is synchronized with search dialog when you
double click on the item, it would be good to have the ability to synchronize
on every change, I mean, you move up in the search results, KMail immediately
updates its state and shows the message (preview). Focus remains in the search
window though! If the main window is in the background it stays that way -- it
is only an update of the message, nothing more.
