I setup KMail to access my Gmail accounts using disconnected IMAP. To prevent
downloading uneccesary email (i.e., from All Mail and Spam folders on Gmail), I
decided to allow 'local subscriptions' on folders. Selecting the account and
enabling 'Local Subscriptions' crashes Kmail.
