FYI, bug 109069 is a duplicate of this bug. It seems there are many people who
are frustrated that kmail has decided that it is smarter than they are and
would rather have a knob to just turn this "feature" off. None of the other
MTA's I've used (Mail.app, pine, mutt, etc.) have this "feature". Please
reconsider your current stance as right now it comes off as rather arrogant and
condescending.
