When I run kontact and go to settings->configure kontact, subtrees in the left
pannel don't appear where they should.
Options for the usenet module go under the "calendar" entry in this tree,
options for the feeds module go under the "Usenet" entry ...
I belive this is the reason why there is no options if one goes to the feed
module and then select settings->configure akregator as stated in bug #162852
