It looks like I have the same issue with version 1.9.9 (kde 3.5.9). When I try
to resend a mail (from an Imap Sent item folder), Kmail uses the default
identity and not the one that was used in the original mail. I even tried to
specify the identity for this folder (Sent), but it's still picking up the
default identity.
