settings dialog incorrect resizing: provide scrollbars
If the size is too small for the content show the scrollbars. Otherwise you
get (ss).
NEEDINFO :-) I see this issue again and again so I started to wonder if this is
per app issue, or it is rather kdelibs or something issue?
