When fetching emails Kmail complains: "Fehler beim Hochladen eines Ordners"
(Error while uploading folder). The folder is already existing and I did not
tell Kmail to create it. The message occures since I set up a new identity. But
in meanwhile I deleted the new Identity (to avoid the message) and did not
recreate it, but the message is still appearing although only working (without
error) identities are still existing.
The message concerns the [Google Mail] folder. It exists by default (I did not
create it).
