In KDE4 you can copy a rich-text formatted text and copy it on the mail
composer without loosing the format.
Actually if you have "Formatting (HTML)" option off, when you paste the text,
it will mantain the format and the option is still off.
There are three possible solution, when "Formatting (HTML)" is off and you
paste a rich-text formatted text:
1) enable "Formatting (HTML)" option
2) paste only the plain text without format.
3) ask to the user if he want to paste the formatted text or not. (if yes, then
enable the "formatting (HTML)" option.
