Ok, there are several issues here:
1.
Accounts not migrated. An update script should take care of that, not sure why
it didn't work for you.
2.
Dictionary settings were not upgraded sucessfully
3.
Sender identity for folders lost - probably because the identity format changed
and there is no upgrade script for the folders.
