=?iso-8859-1?q?M=FCller?= is the correct RFC2047 encoding for Müller.
The question is rather why it is not decoded correctly.
Where is your name incorrectly shown? In the message list? In the reader
window? Somewhere else?
Can you attach such a mail?
You said it was correct until today or yesterday: What did you do that changed
it? Did you upgrade?
