I selected File: New Message in Kontact, and now I want to send it, but there
is no Send button. Other controls are fine - it is definitely a window for
creating email messages.
Also, maybe related, Settings: Configure KMail shows a window that says "Empty
Page" and not much else. Looks corrupted, but I had just restarted Kontact.
