The bug only appears when ical/vcard storage format is chosen, because
TheIMAPResourceAccount is written if xml is used. (configuredialog.cpp:5376)
However, it's difficult to get the account id in ical/vcard storage, because
the KMFolderCombo can return non-imap folders, which are not associated 1:1
with an account. I'm looking further to see if this is intentional and if
ical/vcard should work without TheIMAPResourceAccount. One solution would be
to only present IMAP folders in the KMFolderCombo somehow.
