Note that the openchange solution is unlikely to work from outside the firewall
-- certainly my company does not permit Outlook access to Exchange from outside
the firewall. And the same issue seems to be referenced in comment 11. In
these cases, Webdav support is required as that is what is normally enabled
externally (in the form of Outlook Web Access).
This also has the advantage that Webdav is an open standard (although I am sure
Microsoft use their own extensions of it!).
