Kmail also mixed up my dimap accounts when I upgraded to 4.1.0 although I did
not ask for a refresh (wrong names for the wrong accounts, and even an account
completely disappeared!). It is the first time for me that upgrading kmail does
such a thing.
After that I could not set up my 3 dimap accounts again: the refresh always
mixed everything up. So I am using uncached imap now, quite unsatisfying!
