Typing any name with a dead key accent in To or CC when the dropdown address 
lookup is active will not yield a dead key. This makes it impossible to match 
any name with an accented character.

For example: Wanting to send an e-mail to an address starting with "José ..." 
will result in "Jos'e" and and fail to match the address in the drop down list.
