custom templates: please provide new tag -- quote mark
This way I could add quote marks to custom templates in flexible way. Currently
I have to hardcode

into templates, but if I would like to generally change the quote mark in
KMail, I would have to go through all templates and change it as well.
Tiresome.
It would be better to have something like %QMARK and put
%QMARK hello
which would result in
> hello
if the quote mark was
>
