An event reminder pops up at the appropriate time, in its own little window.
But this same reminder will never pop up again after restarting the program,
even if I have not "dismissed" it. I would like to see unacknowledged reminders
remain open until I dismiss them, even if I've restarted the program, logged
out, or restarted the computer.
