Bug 76045 seems to be a duplicate of this one.
But for some reason it's closed as "works_for_me" because that guy found some
checkbox "Ignore new mail in this folder". I wonder why this feature has been
removed / hidden on the way from 1.6.1 to 1.9.x ???
Bug 92646#c1 also hints at this mysterious checkbox.
Moreover Bug 145809 could be solved by this feature as well.
It would be really great if you could kindly consider this feature!
