Agree with you, we enned a "attachment" criteria. A lot of users will not
understand the workaround with user-defined criteria like:
<Content-type> <contain> "Multipart/Mixed-message"
or
<Content-Type> <matches regexp>
"application|multipart|message|model|audio|image|video"
which define attachments
