there so many inactive bugs in bugtracker (e.g. about 500 if you just search
for kontact) which should be closed. nobody is working on them and bugreporting
customers like me simply get confused. it's very hard to see if a bug is
already reported if there are lots of bugs which sounds similar but depend on
kde 3.4.x or something.
