When exporting a contact to vCard4 with a spouse field, the file contains the
line
X-KADDRESSBOOK-X-SpousesName:testy toster
In vCard4, there is the RELATED field for such information (see
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6350#section-6.6.6):
RELATED;TYPE=spouse;VALUE=text:testy toster
(The vcard4-implementation gives you the opportunity to do away with custom
fields entirely; given that addressbooks are commonly synced, such fields do
more harm than good.)
