At the bottom of the dialog for manually configuring a CalDav resource, there
is a checkbox to limit the period from which to fetch items from the server.
The default is 3 months. No matter which value is entered there, when the box
is checked, no items are downloaded. Unchecking the box correctly downloads all
events.
