akregator's internal browser does not scroll to top if the news item is
switched to another one.
How to reproduce:
1. Open sufficiently long RSS item which requires vertical scrolling
2. Scroll down a bit
3. Open another RSS item which requires vertical scrolling
Expected result:
Last selected RSS item shows from the top, not scrolled down
Actual result:
Last selected RSS item is scrolled down
