Actual behavior:
A new kmail composer window opens with empty Subject. The source shows that
In-Reply-To is also not set.
Expected behaviour:
A new kmail composer window opens with "Re:D13232: introduce Custom color set"
as subject and the In-Reply-To field correctly set.
