kmail would be more useable if it notifies user about arrived mails AFTER it
applies all its filters
some filters takes a lot (1-2 secs) of time (spam check for example) and
reading "dissapearing" mails is uncomfortable, especially when you use tiny
checking interval (1-2 min) 'cause you should answer immediately
