The version of KMail you're reporting on is outdated now. The current version for Windows is supplied by kdab/Kolab and available under: https://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Kontact_for_Windows_(beta-huge-debug) The KDE on Windows project currently doesn't provide builds for the KDE Pim module. I'm marking the bug as invalid because the project is currently maintained outside of KDE.
