There is actually a way to do this, but it's far from obvious, as one needs to
apply this in kmail settings and then copy that section to kontact settings
manually... 

No need to say that this should be applied directly withouth having to:

1. Open kmail as a standalone application
2. Change the settings
3. Open kmailrc and copy the relevant section
4. Edit kontactrc by pasting that settings section
