SUMMARY
When running Kontact with --iconify (e.g. on autostart) the Global Menu does
not work, when the window is shown. I have to start Kontact normally (without
any parameters) to get a Global Menu.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run kontact --iconify
2. Open Kontact window by clicking on the tray icon.
3. Try to use Global Menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Global Menu not shown, Kontact has no menu in the window
EXPECTED RESULT
Global Menu visible. No menu in the window
