Kmail does not remember the View -> Set Charset -> Charset settings.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start kmail/kontact
2. Select some charset (for example - auto or UTF-8)
3. close the application
4. start it again - the charset is set back to the initial setting
Expected behaviour - upon restart the lastly selected charset should be
selected and active
for reading messages.
