There's a "With Custom Template" with the Reply and Forward actions (when
pressing the action button longer).
My setup is as follows:
1. Account with german templates (probably due to localisation, I've probably
not entered it myself there)
2. I want to forward a mail, but would like to use the default template in
English.
Since I have no custom templates setup, the list item "With Custom Template" is
grayed out currently.
I'd like to have an option "Default template" here, which would use the default
template (English).
